The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, making me feel at home. The common areas, such as the garden, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. , the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with convenient amenities and services that catered to our needs.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and understanding of our needs.

The hotel is in a great location, with a mini bus stop nearby and the castle just a few minutes away on foot. The owners treat each guest with respect and as family members, and the personnel is super kind. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos, and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, there is always hot tea available and parking is good and safe.
The hotel could improve on cutting the grass.

I recently stayed at Hotels Crazy Horse for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautifully decorated and cozy, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. The staff, particularly Aytin, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They even invited me to enjoy breakfast upon my early arrival and promptly addressed any concerns I had, moving me to a better room when necessary. The location was perfect, situated in the peaceful village of Ortahisar, yet close to a balloon watching site. I felt like I was part of a family during my stay at the hotel.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Crazy Horse was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The hotel is conveniently located near the Ortahisar Castle and the center, making it easy to explore the area. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the main square and Ortahisar Castle, and it was bright and well-lit. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel provided ample toiletries, including a cute handmade soap that smelled delightful. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of fresh foods to choose from. The staff, without a doubt, were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the bathroom not being renovated and having an unpleasant smell, and the absence of a sink within the bathroom itself, these were easily overlooked in light of our overall positive experience.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helped us organize epic activities in Ortahisar. We went cycling through the countryside and it was so much fun. The location was also perfect, with cool spots nearby to hang out. we had a dope time!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more late-night party options for us young folks. Would have been sick to have some happening clubs or bars around.

Good hospitality, affordable price, great location and helpful staff. No fridge in room but owner shares his. Spacious rooms without some facilities, but overall, a recommended low-budget option.

The rooms at Hotels Crazy Horse are amazing! They have a private bathroom with a shower, which is so convenient. I loved the cozy feel of the tile/marble floor in the double room, and the balcony in the twin/double room was a nice touch. The soundproofing was a lifesaver for a light sleeper like me. Plus, the flat-screen TV and wardrobe added to the overall comfort.
Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the safety deposit box in some units. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The rooms at Hotels Crazy Horse are amazing! They have private bathrooms with showers, which is such a relief after a long day of exploring. The double room I stayed in had a tile/marble floor, creating a cool ambiance. I also loved the electric kettle and dining area, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The twin/double room with a balcony was a real treat. Being able to step outside and take in the fresh air was so refreshing. The soundproofing in the twin/double room was a game-changer. I could sleep peacefully without any disturbances.
Personally, I found the safety deposit box unnecessary for my needs. But I understand that others might find it useful.
